Error code 0x8ddd0003 windows update was disabled by system administrator.

Many times Administrator block the users from accessing the windows updates from the windows update site directly for secirty reasons, and users will download the authorised updates from the local update servre.

To follow the solution you should have the local admin rights on the system.

1) Go to gpedit.msc

2) Go to user configuration à Administrative templates à Start menu & Taskbar

3) Double Click on the Remove Links and access to windows updates.

4) Now click on the Disabled OR you can select the Not configrued option.

5) Pess Appy and OK.

6) It is not compulsary but it is better if you restart the system.
